Wella T18 Toner On Orange Yellow Hair

I would recommend against toning whilst your hair is still orange especially when dealing with the wella t18 toners as it is recommended to use on very light hair maybe around a level 9 or 10.

If you re still seeing orange tones at your roots you will need to do another bleach process before toning.
